Adina L. Conroy
Director, Accounting and Specialized Investigations
Adina Conroy is a Licensed and Certified Private Investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner. For over 25 years, Adina has led an impressive career specializing in due diligence backgrounds, financial fraud investigations, project management, and controller services.
Adina has provided services within various industries, primarily focusing on high-tech, ecommerce, B2B service companies, law firms, and governing agencies. As a result, she has had the opportunity to manage numerous diverse, international teams. Moreover, working with many start-up firms, Adina has helped her clients smoothly navigate their way through planning, implementation, and rapid growth while mitigating their risk of fraud.
Adina received a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has served on several boards as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President and regularly contributes to charities assisting the blind, children, veterans, and animals.
Adina relishes spending time with her husband and daughter. A huge animal lover, she loves to cuddle with her fur babies. In addition, she adores cooking, boating, gardening, sewing, crafts of all kinds, and reading in every possible niche.
Arianah Ruzovich
Director, Marketing
Arianah Ruzovich is an AWAI Verified Case study Specialist and Content Marketing Specialist. She is continuing her training in copywriting and content marketing through various programs offered by the American Writers and Artists Institute. Arianah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication studies with a Minor in Theater Arts from San Jose State University. She also studied abroad at Edinburgh Napier University and Moscow Art Theatre School and completed a musical theatre intensive at the American Conservatory Theater.
After graduating from SJSU, Arianah worked in corporate America for six years before taking a position with the state of Idaho in 2019. Her experience managing the backgrounds division of Conroy & Associates, combined with her love of performative storytelling, gives her a unique skill set for discovering the crucial details that make a customer’s story intriguing and relatable.
An avid adventurer, Arianah enjoys escaping the office to pursue various hobbies, including travel, photography, paddle boarding, Krav Maga, and is working on her scuba diving certification.
Christopher Swan
Director, Investigations
Christopher Swan is a Licensed Private Investigator with over 30 years of investigative and law enforcement experience. Chris specializes in criminal and civil investigations, background investigations, locates/skip-tracing, surveillance, and process service.
Chris’s passion for investigation and finding “the truth” is stronger today than ever. However, he has seen in his lifetime that finding the truth is not always easy and often requires a high level of tenacity, determination, and just plain curiosity. One of his favorite sayings in our line of work is “Trust but Verify,” which originated during the Ronald Reagan administration. During all of his investigations, Chris uses this saying because he believes our clients deserve our best and most thorough effort.
Chris began his investigative career as a Police Officer in Southern California in 1991 and retired as a Sergeant in 2016. During his career, he held a wide variety of positions, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Detective, and Sergeant. Further, he was assigned to the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team and the Narcotics Street team for approximately ten years. During his career, he investigated various crimes, including homicides, assaults, robberies, thefts, white-collar crimes, sexual assaults, and narcotics trafficking.
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. In 2016, he held a position as an Adjunct Instructor at Carrington College in Spokane Valley, WA., where he taught criminal investigation, criminal law, and report writing.
When he is not conducting investigations, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren in the beautiful Northwest. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and just about any outdoor activity.
Pam Groden
Director, Legal Support and Business Services
Pam Groden offers both paralegal and project management services. Pam has spent the last ten years in corporate legal departments as a Legal Operations, Compliance, and Privacy Manager for notable companies like Houzz and LinkedIn.
She spent the bulk of her career as a litigation paralegal for both large and small law firms managing complex litigation cases spanning all phases of litigation, including preparing for and attending trial. The areas of law she specializes in are employment, intellectual property, and general business litigation, and she has significant experience in legal and medical malpractice and construction matters.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors in distinction, from San Jose State University where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. She received her Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice – Paralegal Studies from DeAnza College and is obtaining her PMP and IAPP Privacy Management Certifications.
Pam enjoys spending time with her large family and her puppy, Gracie. In addition, she is passionate about cooking, fitness, boating, hiking, animals, reading on a wide variety of topics, natural and holistic medicines, and traveling internationally and domestically.
Associates
All of our Associates are based in the United States and bring specialized skills and unique talents to the table. Sourced from government agencies, law enforcement, and private industry, our Associates have the contacts and resources needed to get the job done. They include forensic accountants, fraud examiners, bookkeepers, administrators, marketing specialists, paralegals, project managers, intelligence analysts, corporate security specialists, licensed investigators, and regulatory and surveillance experts. Each division’s Director oversees Associate work. You will meet with assigned Associates to make sure you and the Associate are comfortable before any work commences. All Associates have passed a comprehensive background and signed a non-disclosure agreement. We will provide a copy of the NDA upon request.
